What else should I know?
I am able to arrive at a venue, set-up, perform, and clean up without aid.
I asks that a contract be exchanged prior to the event to familiarize both the client and performer of the details of the event before showtime. That contract can be seen and downloaded here.
Fire & safety equipment
I check all fire props for damages and defects before every burn. In addition to an un-light test spin to insure everything is secure. I also bring to each performance safety equipment including a fire extinguisher and fire blanket/s as required by NAFAA (North American Fire Arts Association.)
I'm fully insured through Specialty Insurance Agency, in addition to being a member of NAFAA. Certificate of insurance is available upon request in .pdf format
Each Occurrence: $3,000,000
Damage to Rented Premises: $100,000
Personal & Advertising Injury: $3,000,000
General Aggregate: $5,000,000
Products – Completed Op. Agg.: $5,000,000
Medical Expenses: $5,000
I am certified through Jeff Ellis & Asso. in advance First Aid, CPR & AED.
I use NAFAA approved blend white gas also called Coleman's Fuel and ultra pure lamp oil similar to "tiki torch" fuel. White gas is a bright, clean burn that lasts a short time. Visit the link for the MSDS of white gas. Ultra pure lamp oil is a bright, clean burning oil with a longer burn time. Visit the link for the MSDS for ultra pure lamp oil.
